You can get away with shorter hemlines when its hot, right?

What I'm wearing to go grab some food and maybe wander around shopping. We'll see where the day takes me...

Dress: Express
Sandals: Ross
Flower: Wal-mart craft section. I popped the flower off, put it on a bobby pin.

Is this too short? I'm comforted by the fact its longer than my shorts...so it should be fine, yes?

I don't think it's too short! And hot weather is definitely a good excuse to raise the hemlines.
